Clear yellow colour.

Intense nose of aromas like white melon, citrics and flowers.

Fresh at the entry and silky on the back palate, finishing on white fruits flavours.

FOOD PAIRING

Fresh cheeses or simply on its own.

SERVE AT

14-16 ÂșC

SOIL

Deep, clay loam soil.

CLIMATE

Warm temperate climate with a Mediterranean rainfall regime and a wide range between daytime and nighttime temperatures.

HARVEST

Mechanical harvest during the last week of February.

WINEMAKING

Short maceration for 10 days. Fermentation started with active dry yeast.

AGING

The wine aged on its lees in stainless steel vats for 2-3 months before bottling.
