Doc Holliday 15 YO Ex-Glenrothes Puncheon Cask

Inspired by the legendary doctor-turned-gunfighter John Henry "Doc" Holliday, this limited-edition Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is aged for 15 years and finished in ex-Glenrothes puncheon casks.

 

Distilled in Kentucky, it combines the rich caramel, vanilla, and oak character of mature bourbon with the fruit-forward, creamy complexitiy imparted by casks that previously held whisky from Scotland's renowned Glenrothes Distillery.

 

The result is a bold yet refined whiskey, offering layers of toffee, dried fruit, baking spice, and toasted oak, culminating in a long, balanced finish.
