About Us

Dr. Irina Kogan

Dr. Irina Kogan—an immigrant from Ukraine, a Doctor of Business Administration, and the Founder & CEO of AIKO Importers, a nationally recognized wine and spirits company.

As the delegate for Ms. Senior World Georgia, Irina stands for transformation, excellence, and impact. Her platform is built on two decades of global leadership—launching and scaling multimillion-dollar brands such as Doc Holliday Bourbon, Cape Horn Tequila, Napoleon Cognac, and Clap Back Wine, one of the fastest-growing beverage brands in 2025. She has spoken on international stages in Philadelphia and Antwerp, bringing strategy and soul to the world of executive leadership.

Through the AIKO Foundation, Irina gives purpose to profit. AIKO GIVES donated all proceeds from our “Family Reserve” release to the Lustgarten Foundation for pancreatic cancer research, funded PTSD recovery programs through The Skeleton Crew, and recently supported City of Hope in West Palm Beach.
