The coffee beans used for the production are first soaked in Awamori for one month before roasting. The liqueur is extremely aromatic and has subtle bitter notes with a light and pleasant acidity. The deep brown colour is shown to its best advantage in the elegant glass bottle. No artificial flavorings and no sugar are added.
The Awamori Coffee Liqueur can be enjoyed on the rocks or straight. It is also ideal for cocktails or to refine desserts.
