TASTING NOTES

Nice cherry color with ruby highlights.

Intense raspberry and strawberry notes in the nose.

Fresh and round on the palate with a lingering finish showing hints of vanilla.

FOOD PAIRING

Pork loin with wine sauce.

SERVE AT

12-14 ºC

SOIL

Deep soils with a loam clay texture.

CLIMATE

Warm temperate climate with a Mediterranean rainfall regime and a wide range between daytime and nighttime temperatures.

HARVEST

Mechanical harvest during the second half of March.

WINEMAKING

Maceration of 4-16 days. Fermentation started with active dry yeast.

AGING

The wine aged over its lees in stainless steel tanks for three months with oak contact.
