Intense nose of lychee, pear, apple, and lime.
In the mouth, it presents a fresh acidity improved by the carbonic gas. Round and juicy.

SOIL
Shallow alluvial soils of sandy loam, brownish-gray, rocky.
CLIMATE
Annual rainfall averages about 800 millimeters (32 inches) concentrated in the winter months.
HARVEST
Hand-picked, with a double selection in the vineyard during March.
WINEMAKING
Fermentation of 10-12 days between 15-16 ºC.
AGING
Wine aged for 2-3 months in steel tanks.
