TASTING NOTES

Ruby red color with red highlights.

Sstrawberry and raspberry notes with hints of chocolate.

Pleasant and lively in the palate, with medium body and well- rounded tannins in the finish.

FOOD PAIRING

Roast beef.

SERVE AT

14-16 ºC

SOIL

Deep soils with a loam clay texture.

CLIMATE

Warm temperate climate with a Mediterranean rainfall regime and a wide range between daytime and nighttime temperatures.

HARVEST

Hand-picked, during the second week of April.

WINEMAKING

Short maceration for 10 days. Fermentation started with active dry yeast.

AGING

The wine aged over its lees in stainless steel tanks for three months before blending and bottling.
