Inspired by the legendary John Henry "Doc" Holliday, this limited-edition Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is aged for 12 years and finished in Tawny Port casks, creating a distinctive expression that balances bold bourbon character with elegant cask influence.

Rich and layered, it opens with notes of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, followed by hints of dried fruit, roasted nuts, and baking spice.

Tasting Notes:

On the nose, rich dark fruits, stewed grapes, brown sugar and seasoned oak with hints of fig, raisin, and port wine sweetness emerge, tantalizing the senses.

 

Layers of blackberry jam and red grape open into molasses-like brown sugar, dark cherry, toasted oak, and warming spice on the tongue.

 

The drink concludes with a long dense, and oak-forward finish, leaving a lingering dark fruit compote, leather, wine-soaked wood, and a dry tannic fade on the end.
