Corte Vetusto Tobalá
Regarded as the “King of Agaves,” wild Tobalá (A. potatorum) thrives in the highlands of Oaxaca, yielding small piñas with extraordinary concentration. Our Tobalá mezcal is a celebration of patience and rarity — roasted in earthen pits, tahona-milled, and double-distilled first in copper, then finished in ancestral clay pot stills for a distinctly mineral edge. Elegant, perfumed, and refined, this is mezcal at its most luxurious.
Key Highlights:
- 100% Wild Tobalá: Harvested from the Oaxacan highlands
